Simple Customization
Over the last 30 years, Pearl FALCO has created more than 4000 different pearl jewelry designs, so many of which were created by listening to and collaborating on designs with our customers who have been visiting Ise Shima all these decades.
It goes without saying, every Pearl FALCO design on display in our showrooms has been designed one design at a time.
For Simple Customization Questions, If you would like to change some part of our pearl jewelry,
– Size of Pearls, Color of Pearls, Types of Pearls
– Metal Setting (Change K18 Gold from White Gold or Platinum etc.)
– Length or Size of Pearl Jewelry
– Add other gems or take out
– Brooch to Pendant or Pendant to Earring or vice versa

Remake Your Pearl Jewelry
If you would like to reset pearls that you already own into a new jewelry design, please bring these along or send us images.
For example, you have a full pearl necklace from your mother and would like to create 2 necklaces, one for yourself and one for your sister.
– Convert a pearl necklace into another pearl jewelry design like a Station Necklace, Bracelet, Earrings etc.
– Add or change pearls. We will be able to closely match and add pearls of a similar color, similar luster of your jewelry.
Repair of Pearl Jewelry
For our Pearl FALCO jewelry, we will repair any item as required.
For your pearl jewelry, please share images and then bring them along to consult with our pearl specialists.
How Long Does Custom Jewelry Typically Take to Create?
From start to finish, 3-6 weeks is the average time frame to create a custom piece of jewelry. However, it is possible to complete a project much sooner than this. All production is done in Japan by Members of Our Own Staff. No Exceptions.
If shipping to and from Japan is part of the process that may add an additional week.
